Wellness Care Concierge is a Nurse Registry licensed by the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA).
License Number: AHCA License # 30213104
In accordance with Florida law:
• Wellness Care Concierge refers independent contractor nurses and caregivers to clients.
• Referred professionals are not employees of the registry.
• Clients contract directly with the referred caregiver or nurse for services.
• Fees paid to the registry are for referral and administrative services only.
All healthcare professionals referred through the registry are required to meet applicable screening and credentialing requirements, including background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse when applicable.
Non-Insurance / Payment Disclosure
Services arranged through Wellness Care Concierge are generally private pay unless otherwise specified. The registry does not guarantee insurance reimbursement.
Clients are encouraged to verify coverage with their insurance provider if they intend to seek reimbursement independently.
