Wellness Care Concierge Terms and Conditions

Wellness Care Concierge operates as a nurse registry. We refer independent, licensed healthcare professionals to clients seeking private care services.

We do not employ, supervise, direct, or control the caregivers referred through our registry. All referred caregivers are independent contractors.

Clients are solely responsible for selecting, engaging, and entering into agreements with any referred caregiver. Wellness Care Concierge is not a party to any agreement between the client and the caregiver.

We do not provide medical care, nursing services, or direct supervision of care.

Any information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that Wellness Care Concierge’s role is limited to referral coordination.
